The Princess pageants are
non-contractual and do not advance to the National level. Contestants will be judged in formal
dress only. The judges will consider poise and confidence, appropriateness of attire, beauty of face, and overall
impression. Young Miss Contestants ages 9-10 will also be judged in an on-stage interview, which is worth
20% of the overall score. Questions for the Young Miss Division are taken directly from their application and are very
conversational.
Princess contestants will also have the opportunity to enter optional contests such
as most photogenic, modeling, talent, essay, and more. Optional contests will vary according to age division.
Divisions may be combined if fewer than five entries in a division.
